Where a physical textbook is included with your membership, it is printed and shipped through Monogramme’s carefully selected independent third-party fulfilment partners (“fulfilment partners”), each chosen for their demonstrated commitment to print quality, reliable region-appropriate delivery, and responsive customer service.
To provide the best experience, Monogramme's fulfilment partners and their logistics providers may change from time to time, without notice.
3.1 Fulfilment
Monogramme does not control:
All fulfilment is subject to the operational capacity of our fulfilment partners and their logistics providers.
3.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary by region and are determined by our fulfilment partners and their logistics providers.
Estimated delivery windows are indicative only and not guaranteed.
3.3 Delivery
Some regions may not be serviceable.
If delivery to your location is not possible, Monogramme will offer an alternative, such as:
a digital copy of the textbook (where permitted), or
a refund of the textbook component of your membership, or
a membership without the physical textbook.
The appropriate option will depend on your region and the constraints of our fulfilment partners.
3.3.1 Distribution
Monogramme is unable to receive textbooks on your behalf from fulfilment partners and does not maintain an inventory to ship directly to members.
All physical fulfilment must occur directly through our fulfilment partners.

Monogramme provides standard shipping with all membership programmes.
For information on expedited shipping availability and a quote (where available), please contact Monogramme prior to purchase.
